A way!

Try just counting to ten, it may help! for example if someone says to you I hate you and you feel like you want to I dunno lets say punch them just think in or your mind it even outloud 1 ... 2... 3 ... 4 ... 6 ... 7 ... 8 ... 9 ...10!
