Introduction

When someone has made you upset the usual first responce is through anger! What happens is you just lose it but then after, having finished the fight and stopped being angry, you realise that there was no reason to be fighting in the first place.

If you keep reading these posts then you will figure out ways to prevent your anger and to just be able to walk away and say " Ok"
